Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with SYAL STORE. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Domestic Orders (India)

We do not offer returns at this time. However, we are happy to provide a free exchange if your item meets our eligibility criteria. You must initiate the exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • A clear photo or video of the item in its received condition is required.
  • The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges will be processed only after we receive the original item and it passes our quality check.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To start an exchange, email us at support@syalstore.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order details
  • The required photo or video evidence of the product

Once your exchange is approved:

  • We will arrange a free pickup of the original item.
  • After we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your replacement product.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked.

  • Contact us immediately at support@syalstore.com with a clear photo or unboxing video.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free exchange for the correct or undamaged item.
  • Exchanges for damaged or incorrect products are fully covered by us.

Refunds

As we do not accept returns, refunds are not offered, except in rare cases where a product is damaged or wrongly delivered and cannot be replaced.

  • In such cases, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).
  • Refunds are typically credited within 15 business days of approval.
  • Taxes and duties paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
